WHERE CAN I DONATE?
We take donations at our warehouse located at 10568 114 ST. They are open Monday - Saturday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
WHAT ITEMS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept donations for all seasons of men and women's new or gently used and laundered clothing, footwear, backpacks, blankets, towels and hygiene items (that do not contain alcohol).

WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY?
We have a no exchange or return policy, all items are final sale
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
No, we are unable to sell gift cards as of now.
WHEN DO YOU HAVE SALES?
We plan three sales every month, ask staff when you visit us or check out or socials to learn when the next one is.
ARE ITEMS TESTED?
We test items at the warehouse before they're brought to the store, we also have a designated testing station in the store. We sell electronic items as is, and while we test before putting them on the floor, once they're sold they're final sale.
WHERE DO THE PROCEEDS OF MY PURCHASE GO?
The proceeds from the store go to our Employment Program.
The Mustard Seed Employment Program supports unemployed individuals in finding sustainable job opportunities, while also helping businesses and other organizations to meet their staffing requirements.

Online Store
CAN I GET MY ORDER SHIPPED
No, we do not offer shipping, only in store pickup.
WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY?
Our policy for the online store is the same as our physical location, all sales are final.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICK UP MY ORDER?
You have 30 days from the time the pickup notification is sent, please make sure the contact information is correct on your order so you can receive it. We aim for orders to be complete within 3-4 business days. If you don't think you can make it within that time, please call the store to make an arrangement with staff.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT PICK UP MY ORDER?
If an order remains unclaimed for 31 days or more and the customer hasn't reached out to us, we will then reach out to them with the information provided in the order. If we can't reach the customer or come up with an arrangement then we will relist the item within one week and the customer will not be refunded. Please contact the store by phone or email if you are unable to pick up your order.
